OH MY! Our journey down the yellow brick road to a cure
gets closer every year. And, the Grand Chefs Gala, once again, is
leading the way. The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation will bring
together Chicago’s finest chefs at the spectacular Fairmont Hotel on
Friday, January 28th, 2011 to prepare and present their signature
dishes for over 500 guests at the 14th Annual Fairmont Hotel and Resorts Grand Chefs Gala/Jean Banchet Awards for Culinary Excellence. The event will feature delectable foods, stunning décor, and premium silent and live auction items. Additionally, we will present our Founders’ Award to Jim Kallas, Division President, Eurest, a Division of Compass Group as well as present the Jean Banchet Awards to Chicago’s outstanding chefs, restaurants, and catering companies in their respective categories.
