The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation will bring together Chicago’s finest chefs at the spectacular Fairmont Hotel on Friday, January 29th to prepare and present their signature dishes for 650 guests at the 13th Annual Fairmont Hotel and Resorts Grand Chefs Gala/Jean Banchet Awards for Culinary Excellence. This year’s theme “Green for Life” centers on keeping the air that our CF loved ones breathe healthy and clean for years to come, and will feature local and organic foods, stunning recycled materials and décor, and premium silent and live auction items. Additionally, we will present the Founders’ Award to Robert Tegel, the inaugural “Green for Life “award to Chicago’s Green City Market and present the Jean Banchet Awards to Chicago’s outstanding chefs, restaurants, and catering companies.
